Since Jisc piloted LearnWise in 2023, adoption among colleges and universities has grown rapidly. With so many institutions now using the platform, there is a clear appetite for a space where practitioners can collaborate, share solutions, and build best practice together.
To support this need, we’re launching the LearnWise Community of Practice – a Jisc-facilitated, member-led network connecting LearnWise users across the UK. The community will be a collaborative environment, allowing members to work together on common challenges, pool resources, and co-develop practical solutions.
The LearnWise Community of Practice
The community will meet online four to six times a year using Microsoft Teams. Between meetings, members will stay connected through a dedicated JiscMail list, with blogs and case studies capturing and sharing the insights that emerge.
By joining, members will gain valuable insights into how peers across the sector are approaching similar challenges. They will save time by avoiding duplicated effort, strengthen their professional networks, and have a direct role in shaping the way LearnWise is adopted and used in practice.
The Community is primarily aimed at Jisc member colleges and universities who are users of LearnWise. That said, member colleges and universities who are considering the use of LearnWise are also welcome to join.
